This session with Dr. Raja Sivamani will review the basics of Ayurveda and how balances and imbalances are defined. The concepts of the doshas will be discussed along with the importance of understanding the element based approach to describing balances and imbalances. Clinical examples of the imbalances will be provided as part of the lecture.
