It's easy to feel a bit skeptical of a smaller brands products because of minimal reviews, however I really enjoyed Jivome's Pro Collagen so I wanted to try their other supplements as well. After just two months of taking these capsules, I can confidently say my hair and nails not only feel healthier, but thicker, stronger and grow much quicker. Although it is not advertised to do so, I feel like my sleep has actually improved as well!
