Garlic Zoodles

Ingredients

3 zucchini

2 tablespoons avocado oil

2 garlic cloves, minced      

½ teaspoon sea salt   

Instructions

  1. Make zucchini noodles with zoodler.
  2. Heat avocado oil in large saute pan to medium high. Add minced garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add zoodles and sea salt, and saute for another 5-8 minutes, stirring frequently, until zoodles are slightly translucent. 
  3. Remove from heat and serve warm.
