Roasted Citrus Salmon with Veggies

Ingredients

2- 4 ounce salmon filets

2 cups cauliflower florets

2 cups broccoli crowns

2 tablespoons avocado oil

2 pinches sea salt

2 pinches black pepper

1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease a sheet pan.

2. Place salmon, cauliflower and broccoli spread out on sheet pan.

3. Drizzle them all with avocado oil, sea salt, pepper and lemon.

4. Bake for 13-19 minutes, until cooked through. 

5. Serve hot.
