Anti Inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup Cashew milk, or almond milk Unsweetened

1 Banana Frozen

1 tbsp Almond butter

½ scoop Vanilla sunwarrior protein powder

1-2 tbsp Maple1 tbsp Chia seeds

1 tbsp Ground cinnamon

1/2 tbsp Ground ginger1 scoop Ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, blend until smooth.
